We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Process and Performance Manager to focus on the capture of data and the delivery of complex reports that will enable stakeholders to make key decisions.

This role would suit someone with previous experience as a Senior Systems and Reporting Manager, who is comfortable presenting to Senior Management and has knowledge of purchasing / procurement systems such as Oracle, SAP.

Through the management of a team of specialists and your own specific knowledge around systems and reporting, the Principal Process and Performance Manager will be responsible for generating value for the organisation by driving business, operational, organisational, technology and compliance subject matters. Proactively recognises emerging trends, problems and business needs and provides innovative solutions wherever necessary by designing, developing and securing deployment of strategies, policies, processes and tools in their own area of expertise. This will ensure that performance activities are consistent and compliant whilst providing expert advice within the Supply Chain team and the wider business.

Key Accountabilities:
Support the Strategic Supply Chain teams and the Procurement operations teams providing them with sufficient governance, reports, systems and processes
Developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and promoting awareness of the Supply Chain Management function
Provision of standard and bespoke business reports, analysis etc and material for functional performance metrics and reviews
Identification and management of risks and opportunities within area of accountability

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver best practice reporting of long and short run procurement activity improvement initiatives aimed at improving data visibility and accessibility that are high quality, timely, accurate, exception-based management information
Work alongside category management and business cost analyst teams to define standard metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that ensure high quality Management Information (MI)/Business Information (BI) reporting tools are delivered to meet reporting functional and business requirements relating to Supply Chain activity, that can articulate the Supply Chain sub functions performance and compliance to several different levels into the Supply Chain sub function, the customer, different regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
Contribute to developing best practice on MI production and key reporting tools and work closely with business leaders

Package: from £60,000 to £80,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)
