Job Title: Validations Administrator

Location: Aylesbury

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Salary: 22, ,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess submitted scopes of work from network suppliers
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders throughout the claim process
• Validate costs and claim coverage
• Reconcile work carried out and ensure service levels are met
• Liaise with operatives and clients to agree on scopes of work
• Ensure repair schedules are appropriate and efficient

Essential Requirements:

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to connect with people
• Passionate about working collaboratively within a team
• Excellent prioritisation and workload management skills
• Keen attention to detail and investigative qualities
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Desirable Requirements:

• Previous experience validating claims or strong property insurance experience
• Background in the construction industry
