Position: Nurture Teacher (1:1 Support)

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young lives? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nurture Teacher to provide 1:1 support for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Individualised Instruction: Provide tailored support to meet the unique learning needs of each student.
  • Personalised Learning Plans: Develop and implement personalized learning plans, incorporating effective teaching strategies and resources.
  • Behavioural Support: Implement positive behaviour strategies to foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track the academic and social progress of each student.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with parents, colleagues, and external support services.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialized experience or training in supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
  • Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of inclusive teaching practices.
