OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

  • Demand Management: Prioritize and manage technical requests efficiently using tools like JIRA.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Refine requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and manage delivery expectations.
  • Front End Development: Create and maintain user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • User Experience Optimization: Translate designs into functional web pages to enhance user experience.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure consistent performance across different browsers and devices.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for fast page loading times and smooth user interactions.
  • Content Management Integration: Integrate front end code with CMS for seamless content updates.
  • Collaboration: Work with various team members to deliver integrated web solutions.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to ensure reliability and usability.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for future reference.

DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS Technical/Functional Expertise

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Vanilla JavaScript.
  • Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks like Bootstrap.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards for websites.
  • Experience with content management systems like Drupal.
  • Leadership experience and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Skills in partner collaboration and innovation.
  • Educational background in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of technical experience in Front-end web development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
