As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be tasked with driving sales growth across Kronospan's diverse product range, including Particleboard (PB), Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), and Oriented Strand Board (OSB), with particular emphasis on the decorative market segments such as flooring, worktops, and furniture.

Your responsibilities will include both nurturing existing client relationships and spearheading new business development initiatives within sectors like Distribution, Furniture Manufacturing, and Building Merchants.

You'll conduct trade negotiations, prepare trade offers, and ensure seamless coordination between Internal Sales, Production, and client needs to uphold top-tier customer service standards.


Hours of Work:
Full Time, Permanent

Regional Sales Manager Requirements:
Must have Significant experience in the decorative panels market, with great connections and resource
Must have excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
Must have excellent customer relations skills including customer response, service improvement, and the ability and willingness to keep commitments
Must display original thinking and creativity through resourcefulness, suggestions, and problem-solving
