Location:

Based at Westwood Academy.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the academic and Pastoral co-ordination of a year group and will form an integral part of our pastoral team. The role will carry a 60% teaching load in your specialist subject. We are ideally looking for a Maths or English specialist, but other subjects will be considered for the right candidate.

Requirements:

· A degree in English/Maths or a minimum of two years of teaching experience in the subject.

· Passion for English/Maths education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in teaching from year 7 up to A level.
