Night Concierge

Job Title: Night Concierge and Security Assistant

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £24,627 plus 10% night allowance per annum

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: 7-day rota pattern including weekends and bank holidays

The impact you will have as a Night Concierge and Security Assistant:

You will be the initial point of contact on the phone or in the reception area as needed, utilizing company resources and basic correspondence when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining night security systems, ensuring the overall safety of the premises, responding to issues promptly, monitoring access, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

• Previous experience in a customer-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel, along with a willingness to learn new IT systems
