Hillarys is a part of the prestigious Hunter Douglas group, offering the chance to manage and enhance not only the Hillarys website but also other websites within the HD group.

Our websites are crucial assets, with a vast majority of customers interacting with them during their journey. It is essential to prioritize customer experience in every aspect of this role and show a keen interest in website data analytics. Taking charge of our CRO program, you will continuously optimize websites through A/B testing, sharing insights across the group to maintain our leading position in the market.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks are vital for this role as you will handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. We are looking for a proactive individual who takes ownership of their work, introduces innovative ideas with measurable outcomes, and communicates effectively with various stakeholders from different departments. Generating detailed digital briefs and overseeing their execution, you will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and flawless project completion.

Being proficient at both independent work and teamwork is essential, as you will engage in diverse projects while closely collaborating with other marketing departments such as SEO, Content, Insights, Social, Email, and Campaign teams to deliver optimal user experiences that drive significant business value.

Qualifications we are seeking in the ideal candidate:
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in website management and user experience optimization.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and CRO techniques.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting website performance data using Google Analytics.
  • Commercial orientation, translating business insights into website optimization strategies for generating high-quality leads.
  • Effective communication skills and strong collaborative abilities.
  • Exceptional prioritization skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience.
  • Adaptability to changes.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
