About Us: REC Source specialises in connecting talented individuals with top employers in the driving and industrial sectors.

Job Description:

  • Trunking work, depot to depot, swapping trailers.
  • Driving doubledecker trailer.
  • No loading/unloading.
  • Maximum 2 drops per day.
  • Start times between 12:00 21:00, must be flexible.
  • Traveling to various depots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles according to company and legal guidelines.
  • Complete deliveries and collections as scheduled.
  • Ensure all goods are transported safely and securely.
  • Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence and clean driving record.
  • Valid CPC and Tacho Card.
  • Proven experience in a similar role minimum 1 year.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime, as needed.

PAY RATES

  • Monday to Friday £22.50/h
  • Overtime (after 8 hours) £27.00/h
  • Saturday (all hours) £25.50/h
  • Sunday (all hours) £26.50/h
  • Bank Holiday £36.00/h
