Plan International UK is a global children's charity striving for an equal world. One where every child can reach their full potential and every girl can choose her own future.

The new role will sit in the newly created Policy, Campaigns and Youth Unit. This a dynamic and agile team that brings together our policy, advocacy, campaigning and youth engagement work to influence change for girls' rights and gender equality globally and in the UK


This is an exciting new role that will lead on effective, strategic relationships with key political and senior UK Government stakeholders, to support delivery of Plan International UK's programme, influencing and fundraising objectives.

This includes developing stakeholder engagement strategies, identifying and delivering opportunities for CEO and senior staff engagement, and engaging directly with Parliamentary and senior Government stakeholders as part of advocacy and campaigns strategies.

The role is also responsible for providing high quality political and stakeholder analysis, contributing to shaping impactful advocacy, campaigns and communications strategies.
