Job Description:

  • Project engineering and management of small MA works/small projects, overseeing single or multiple jobs
  • Designing, engineering, and commissioning of BMS Systems, including the development of BMS solutions
  • Generating and overseeing all Health and Safety requirements
  • Collaborating with the administration team to plan labour requirements
  • Maintaining financial control of the project(s)
  • Supervising sub-contractors as needed
  • Performing standard BMS engineer tasks during insufficient workload periods
  • Conducting site surveys to assist with quotations and system design

Scope of Duties: To engineer and manage small MA works and small BMS projects from order received to completion. This includes responsibility for Health & Safety, procurement, supervision of sub-contractors, coordinating programs of works, customer interaction, and financial/budget control.
