Some key information

In this role you will lead the transformation of business strategy into inspiring market development plans that builds customer value, revenue, and growth.

You will be collaborating with global team and other internal partners, to develop and implement the regional plans. You will also have the responsibility to collaborate with other divisions to develop value proposition of CSD portfolio in new markets and define with sales team the regional strategy for the instruments, consumables, and custom assay portfolio.

You will work closely with sales and channels to achieve business financial goals and to deliver EMEA Marketing revenue.

What will you do

  • Demonstrate insights into our regional clinical customers, and how our capabilities address their critical needs. Position campaigns with a "customer-first" point of view.
  • Partner the global partners on developing global marketing campaigns that included regional needs.
  • Collaborate with our sales team (direct and channel partners) by understanding regional market needs and develop go to market strategies to achieve financial and campaign goals.
  • Work with product management and global market development teams to understand the implications in the region for new product launches, lead the EMEA launch process ensuring value proposition, positioning and segmentation are appropriate for to achieve revenue targets. Launch new products in an engaging and collaborative manner, hitting top line targets.
  • Build credible and sustaining relationships with physician key opinion leaders and professional groups to facilitate successful market introductions.
  • Partner with our marketing operations team to deploy campaigns and tactical plans, improving on the breadth of marketing channels.
  • Analyze marketing performance and adjust campaigns to deliver against incremental revenue goals, accelerating demand in the EMEA region.
  • Regularly meet with leadership and perform detailed analysis & reporting around business performance, customers, markets, and segments Manage marketing budget, ensuring marketing activities achieve expectations

How will you get here?

Education

  • Degree or demonstrated experience in marketing/business administration/commercial or related field. M.B.A. preferred.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in developing clinical markets and proven ability to efficiently implement marketing plans to drive revenue growth
  • Strong record working in cross-functional teams and operating within a complex organization to achieve goals.
  • §Proven track record of successful product launch and developing strong working relationships

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
