About the Role

  • You must be able and willing to travel flexibly to at least two of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick and Leamington Libraries.
  • Availability primarily required for evenings and weekends, with weekday daytime availability optional.
  • Shifts will be offered according to service need, and your availability, on a zero hours basis.

    Key Requirements
    • Experience of working with members of the public in a customer service environment?
    • The motivation to work with some initiative and little close supervision?
    • The enthusiasm and knowledge to share a love of books and reading with customers of all ages?
    • The ability to confidently find and communicate information to customers using ICT?
