Job Title: Admin Support

Location: Tilbury

Hourly Rate: £12 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check customers' outbound and inbound deliveries in the system.
  • Work on WMS system, with training provided as necessary.
  • Utilize Descartes (EMCS system) for bonded documents, ARC, etc., training provided.
  • Complete e-AD and Export documentation, including CMR.
  • Ensure timely completion of necessary process control and quality documented records.
  • Manage communication with drivers and customers.
  • Utilize exceptional organization and planning skills to handle high-volume inbound and outbound orders.
  • Accurately complete all outbound load paperwork.
  • Book containers in the Transwide system.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Outlook and Excel is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new systems with provided training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
