Pendle Hill Properties Ltd in Burnley are recruiting for an Apprentice Estate Agent. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 3 Business Administration which will take approximately 18 months to complete.

Duties:

  • Once the valuation has been done, they will be onboarding the details of the house on to the system.
  • You will create the brochure relevant to the house, using the content to market the house on the market.
  • Take responsibility of the viewings, arranging times, liaising with the potential buyer.
  • Prospecting the house to the enquiries that come in.
  • creating a digital system.

Grades:
There are no formal qualifications required.

Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 10am - 6pm, Wednesday 2pm - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 12:30pm. Maximum 39.5 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break
