IBA Manager

A great opportunity to join a highly successful and expanding Lloyd's broker. The role will be broad with duties including:
Full supervision of the IBA teamEnsuring FCA regulations and Anti Bribery & Money complianceFCA monthly, quarterly and annual reportingChairing monthly meetings with all divisions to discuss current position on unallocated cash, funding, payable credits, aged debt and doubtful brokerageMonitoring and improving the IBA function/processes & procedures to ensure that credit control policies are maintainedKey involvement in the integration of a new Broking systemPreparing ad hoc reports, analysis and commentary for senior management and board membersManaging relationships with underwriters and retail brokersEnsuring due diligence completed for clients and underwritersAuthorising client and insurer payment filesLiaising with auditors and providing information to resolve any queries
The role has excellent long term prospects including the opportunity to become involved in management and financial accounting and to develop further in this area.
