An established firm based in the South Birmingham area are hiring for a full time permanent Legal Secretary

We would like to hear from candidates for the Legal Secretary role who:

Have experience as legal secretary/legal administrator or legal pa

An excellent attention to detail

Comfortable managing workload and working towards deadlines

Flexible approach to working

Key duties of the Legal Secretary role Include:
General administration support to the solicitors

Meeting and greeting clients/visitors

Handling incoming calls and emails form clients/stakeholders

Opening and closing files

Supporting colleagues with file opening and closing

Preparing and amending documentation for solicitors

Ad-hoc admin duties

Key Information about the Legal Secretary role:
Salary £22-25k per annum DOE
