A renowned law firm based in Birmingham, known for our excellence in property and conveyancing services are seeking a Plot Administrator to join their dynamic property team. As a Plot Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the conveyancing department, focusing on the administration of plot sales. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of plot sales from instruction through to completion.
  • Liaise with developers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and review legal documents and contracts related to plot sales.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
  • Assist solicitors and conveyancers with administrative tasks.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely updates on case progress.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm or property sector.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes, particularly plot sales.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
