Nursery Manager

A vacancy for Nursery Manager has become available to work as the key member of our nursery team. The successful applicant must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience and qualified to a minimum NVQ3 or equivalent.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the effective daily management of the nursery, and have a sound knowledge of nursery policies, Ofsted requirements and procedures, and ensure that these are well attained and implemented at all times.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking an inspirational manager to help motivate, encourage, lead, and bring ownership to all team players and help promote the nursery within the local community. The ideal candidate will manage all business aspects of the nursery, such as budgets and personnel, in addition to leading and inspiring the nursery team. Knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) is essential to achieve and maintain outstanding nursery status. Commercial and operational acumen is also required.
