  • About the Store:

As the Store Manager in Holyhead, your role involves leading and motivating a team to achieve outstanding results through your business acumen, teamwork, resilience, and unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. Known as a go-to destination for our loyal customers for almost two decades, our Holyhead store continues to offer the latest trends and must-have fashion items.

Responsibilities:

In this role within our retail park store, you will spearhead the creation of a customer-centric environment. Your sincere approach to delivering an exceptional shopping experience will empower our customers to showcase their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion. Your task includes building and guiding a cohesive team that not only supports each other but also enjoys the journey together.

You will be entirely responsible for enhancing the performance of your store by collaborating with your Territory Leader and Visual Coach, consistently identifying growth opportunities that positively influence key performance indicators, customer service, team enhancement, and overall sales, keeping our focus on winning.

Requirements:You must possess prior experience in store/deputy management.Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team.Genuine passion for the New Look brand.Proven track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs and objectives.Strong commercial skills.Sound understanding of compliance and profit and loss reporting.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
