Principal Teacher Additional Support for Learning (7/12184)

Noblehill Primary School Learning Centre

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Principal Teacher Additional Support for Learning for 35 hours per week within Noblehill Primary School Learning Centre. The successful candidate will require to manage a team of staff to support pupils with a wide range of significant additional support needs including physical, cognitive, emotional and behavioural needs.

A significant relocation package of up to £5000 may be available to the successful candidate (Permanent positions only). Please see attached guidance for further information.

This post forms part of Dumfries Learning Town schools and/or The Bridge to deliver courses as part of the BGE and /or senior phase curriculum as appropriate to meet the needs of our learners.

Applicants for teaching posts must be registered with the General Teaching Council for Scotland (GTCS), Clerwood House, 96 Clermiston Road, Edinburgh, EH12 6UT in the appropriate sector.

This post is considered as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
