Network Rail High Speed Ltd. (NRHS) is responsible for operating and maintaining the UK's only international high-speed railway, High Speed (HS1).

The 109km HS1 infrastructure consists of a diverse range of railway assets such as the track, signalling, overhead line, lineside buildings, depots, viaducts and long tunnels. Brief Description



The role

We are excited to be introducing a Station Support Assistant into our Ebbsfleet team.

· Undertake general office administration including the control of mail, co-ordinating of diaries, filling and maintenance of personal records and the arranging of travel.

· Organise meetings and the production and dissemination of documentation to support them.

· Adhere to financial and procurement procedures and act as local purchasing agent, where directed, by ordering stationary and other consumables as required.

· Collate customer information requirements and monitor that all station information and publicity material is in date and adheres to company guidelines.

· Assist in gathering information regarding accidents, incidents and claims and liaise with relevant parties.

· Arrange access for filming and assist with arranging exhibitions and promotions on the station.

· Record toilet turnstile revenue and report discrepancies in accordance with company policy.

· Order, control and issue Personal Protective Equipment and Rule Books for the station team.

· Undertake administrative tasks as directed.
