Tezlom have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to join a 6 bed Adult LD service in Anfield.

Currently with a committed staff team and full occupancy, you will have the opportunity to both work one to one with residents, and mentor staff.

There is some basic medication administration as well as aspects of personal care.
We are currently looking to recruit a full time team leader for the home.

The job will be challenging but there is a good team in place at the home and the position will be extremely rewarding for the right candidate.

Key Objectives

To play a key role in actively promoting and supporting individuals to live safely and independently within the home and community.

To assist in the provision of a flexible and personalised service and act as a link between Residents, Staff, Families and Professionals and to promote oneself as an appropriate role model to other team members.

To promote good working practices by means of an awareness and understanding of the company's policies and procedures, as well as the aims and objectives of the company.


Shift Patterns are:

  • 7.45am to 3.15pm
  • 2.45pm to 10.15pm
  • 10pm to 8am
Expect to work majority days, with an occasional wake (support workers usually undertake these)

INDPERM

Experience Required:

  • 2 years as a Support Worker/Carer/Senior Carer- Essential
  • NVQ 3 Health and Social Care- Essential
  • Able to commit to days and the occasional wake- Essential
