ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Support the AI Enablement & Measurement manager and team in leveraging AI for efficient content creation.
  • Incorporate AI into the Hilton content lifecycle, including generative AI and machine translation.
  • Contribute to internal and external documentation for team awareness and best practices.
COLLABORATION:
  • Work with teams to establish AI standards and governance.
  • Provide training sessions for peers and enterprise team members.
  • Advocate for the content ecosystem, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Assist manager with risk management and mitigation strategies related to AI enablement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in web content publishing, proofreading, writing, or editing.
  • Background in the Localization and Translation industry.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 5%.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in Machine Translation optimization and language content management.
  • Familiarity with change communication practices.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, German, French, or Turkish, with experience in handling machine translation challenges.
