Band 5 (SCP hours per week, term time only + 5 days

Actual Salary: £19,878 to £20,930

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a friendly and professional approach to fully support the Arts Faculty working within the subject of Art, Dance, Drama and Music to support Teaching and Learning, prioritising tasks to effectively support staff and pupils in achieving the best possible outcomes.

This is an exciting and challenging role and the successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills who works well to deadlines and enjoys a large variety of work in their day-to-day employment. You will be expected to prepare resource sheets, set up classrooms and equipment, compile orders and have or show interest in developing a knowledge of musical instruments, photoshop skills and the ability to download and file video evidence. It is essential that the successful candidate is able to work as part of a team, be flexible and adaptable to meet changing needs and be willing to support teaching staff with practical lessons when large amounts of equipment is being used.
