In the role of Electrical installation Lecturer, you'll predominantly be based at Brunel House and your focus will be on delivering creating, driving and leading on high quality lessons and practical sessions in the workshops

Your key responsibilities will be to teach and develop programmes of study to meet the particular needs of our learners. The successful candidate will create a positive classroom environment by engaging learners and challenging behaviour issues positively and with consideration. We aim to help our students develop self-regulation and confidence in their abilities as they prepare for their next step.

Ideally, you'll have Level 3 qualification (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in electrical installation. It's important that you're able to communicate effectively, engage with young people and demonstrate our college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.

Due to the nature of our work, it's essential you're committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
