LAW Absolute are working with a Transportation Company seeking a Corporate Transactional Lawyer to join their team for a three-to-six-month period. This is an exciting opportunity to work on in-house transactional work and with senior stake holders.

This is an immediate requirement

London, hybrid working (four days in the office, one day at home)

The company is looking for a paralegal with at least two years of relevant experience.

You would be supporting the General Counsel

The role:

  • Corporate transactional work Reviewing commercial contracts, NDAs Working on legal property matters Supporting their GDPR and compliance function

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 years+ paralegal experience Experienced with corporate transactional work, contracts, and compliance/GDPR Immediately available or on short notice Able to commit to the hybrid working arrangements above
