Responsibilities:

Research and resolve customer chargebacks and disputesCommunicate with payment processors, cardholders, and others as neededApply bank and card industry regulations in resolving disputesEnter and maintain chargebacks in the management systemDevelop strong relationships with key partners

Qualifications:
2+ years experience in fraud/banking/disputes or relevant fieldAbility to work independently and with multiple deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skillsProactive and able to manage pressured situations
