Description and Requirements
The
Senior Consumer Account Manager is responsible for the further development and managing of a Lenovo prestigious account.


They are exemplary at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and develop effective long-term business relationships at the level with key decision makers and influencers both internally and externally.


Identifies and prioritises Lenovo opportunities and develops lasting agreements and commitments.

  • Deliver Lenovo goals across key metrics (Revenue / Margin / Market Share growth)
  • Works closely with the Consumer Sales Director on strategic direction and business execution.
  • Provides coaching and mentoring across the wider Lenovo teams.
  • Build and Execute Inhouse and customer "Joint Business Plans" supporting key metric.
  • RTM analyses, review Lenovo in house shares, create action plans and execution to drive opportunity and growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through planning, forecasting and execution.
  • Cooperation with marketing on brand development Online and instore visibility/POS improvement & promotion.
  • Work with EMEA & UKI product management to determine appropriate product line-up, price propositions.
  • Manage the customers Lenovo product portfolio and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Establish the brand name as well recognized and esteemed in the UKI market.

Position Requirements

  • 5-7 years' experience in IT Industry and Sales.
  • Proven track record in high profile account management
  • Self-motivated and pro-active mentality
  • Energetic, sales driven attitude and a "must win" attitude.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in fast paced Consumer environment.
  • Commercial understanding of the UK&I Retail market.
  • Requires travel.
