Positionsübersicht:

Innerhalb des RWE Renewables Europe & Australia Beschaffungsteams übernimmt der Senior Portfolio Manager Procurement die vollständige Verantwortung für die reibungslose Ausführung von Rahmenverträgen für Onshore-Windkraftanlagen in Europa und Australien. Diese Position erfordert einen erfahrenen Fachmann mit fundiertem Hintergrund in Vertragsmanagement, Projektmanagement, Projektentwicklungsprozessen, Verhandlungen und der Koordination von Interessengruppen. Der erfolgreiche Kandidat wird das gesamte Projektportfolio, das in den jeweiligen Verträgen enthalten ist, von der Initiierung bis zum Abschluss überwachen und dabei die Portfoliooptimierung, Risikominderung, erfolgreiche Umsetzung und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherstellen.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortlich für die Implementierung und Lieferung der Rahmenverträge, einschließlich der funktionalen Koordination mehrerer Geschäftseinheiten, einschließlich Category Management, Entwicklungs-, Bau- und Betriebsteams in Europa und Australien.
  • Als interner Hauptansprechpartner für Rahmenverträge agieren, um die erfolgreiche Implementierung und das Pipeline-Management während der Laufzeit der Rahmenverträge sicherzustellen und Beziehungen zu pflegen und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Förderung und Vorantreiben der bereichsübergreifenden und grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen regionalen Entwicklungsteams und dem globalen Projektmanagement.
  • Engagement und Motivation interner Interessengruppen, um zum Erfolg der Rahmenvertragsimplementierung beizutragen.
  • Koordination mit den Category Management-Ansprechpartnern für die OEMs für erste Eskalationen und die Leistung der Rahmenverträge.
  • Teilnahme an Verhandlungen bei Bedarf für Vertragsänderungen.
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Sicherstellung der Anwendung eines robusten Vertragsmanagementprozesses und interner Implementierungsrichtlinien für Rahmenverträge.
  • Identifizierung von Rahmenvertragsbeschränkungen oder Anpassungsbedarfen und Entwicklung von Minderungsmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit rechtlichen Vertretern und anderen relevanten Interessengruppen.
  • Beitrag zu Lieferantentreffen mit leitenden Lieferantenvertretern, um eine reibungslose Erfüllung der Rahmenverträge und deren Integration in das Geschäft zu gewährleisten (Business Demand Planning Dialogues, Lieferantenleistungsbewertungen).
  • Sicherstellung, dass alle internen Planungen zur Erfüllung der vertraglichen Verpflichtungen vorhanden sind.
  • Verwaltung und Lösung von ersten Streitigkeiten innerhalb der Rahmenverträge.
  • Erstellung und Bereitstellung von Statusaktualisierungen zur Implementierung der Rahmenverträge sowie entsprechenden Berichten, die wesentliche Risiken und Chancen für verschiedene Interessengruppen von der CEO-Ebene bis hin zur Projektebene hervorheben.
  • Rückmeldung und Anleitung für Category & Project Procurement zur Leistung der Lieferantenrahmenverträge.
  • Arbeit mit verschiedenen Tools (MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Projects, RWE-interne Tools usw.) und Anwendung geeigneter Methoden zur proaktiven Sammlung, Analyse, Zusammenfassung und Berichterstattung relevanter Informationen zur Unterstützung einer erfolgreichen Vertragsimplementierung.

Ihr Profil:

  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in operativen und strategischen Beschaffungs-/Vertragsmanagementrollen, idealerweise für die Lieferung von Windturbinen oder Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Hochkapitalverträgen, oder 10 Jahre Erfahrung in einer führenden Portfolio-Management-Rolle, idealerweise in der erneuerbaren Industrie.
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich) in Englisch, andere Sprachen (wie Deutsch) von Vorteil, und die Fähigkeit, starke Beziehungen und Netzwerke aufzubauen.
  • Rechtliches Verständnis komplexer Vertragsstrukturen und Branchenkenntnisse, um mit technischen Geschäftsanforderungen im Vertragsumfang umzugehen.
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Vertragspakete und Interessengruppen zu verwalten und multidisziplinäre Teams zu koordinieren/führen.
  • Relevanter akademischer Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Recht von Vorteil.
  • Starker Hintergrund in Projektmanagement, Vertragsverwaltung und Koordination von Interessengruppen.
  • Kenntnisse/Hintergrund im Entwicklungsprozess von Onshore-Windprojekten.
  • Interkulturelles Verständnis und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit verschiedenen Kulturen.
  • Proaktive und pragmatische "Hands-on"-Mentalität, um Lösungen zu finden, die den Erfolg der Rahmenverträge sichern.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit starkem kommerziellen Verständnis.
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und analytisches Denken, um komplexe Themen zusammenzufassen und zielgruppenspezifisch zu berichten.
