We currently follow a hybrid working model. This means you will spend 3 days per week collaborating with your colleagues in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key responsibilities:- Collaborate with insurance brokers and clients to address inquiries.
- Address customer and broker questions promptly.
- Offer precise information to customers and brokers regarding their insurance policies.
- Cultivate positive relationships with brokers and customers.
- Prepare documents, generate and send communications to customers and brokers.
