Salary of 36,498.67, inclusive of Shift Allowance,

Regular working schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Additional earning potential is available through overtime work, complemented by a weekend rota system that supports work-life balance.

This is a permanent role, that would suit a Mechanical Maintenance Technician / Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Technician / Multiskilled Engineer with experience of working in a manufacturing environment.

Role Essentials:

  • Conduct maintenance, repair, and optimisation of mechanical equipment
  • Collaborate with a skilled team to enhance workshop efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Participate in a structured weekend Rota, ensuring operational excellence

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and fitting within an engineering workshop setting
  • Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • NVQ L3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
