About the Role:
Join us as a Health and Safety Manager and play a key role in ensuring the highest safety standards are met at Holland & Barrett. You will focus on Health, Safety, Food Safety, and Fire Safety within our stores.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement Health and Safety Strategy across Retail Estate.
- Adhere to all legal and company standards for insightful performance reports.
- Cultivate safety awareness and stakeholder engagement.
- Share best practices for unified safety management.
- Compile and present comprehensive reports on safety systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigate hazards.
- Maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Investigate accidents and implement preventive measures.
- Provide guidance for safety solutions and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with EHS and cross-functional teams.
Location: Field-based/hybrid role in the South West/Midlands region. Company car provided.
Requirements:
- Recognised safety qualification.
- Experience in multi-site retail preferred.
- Management experience with excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent planning, organising, and Excel skills.
- Passionate about Health, Safety, and Environmental management.
