Description

Responsible for managing team of Accounting Specialists (Accounts receivable/Accounts payable)

  • Cashflow reporting - prepare and analyse the AP & AR reports to build weekly forecasts
  • Manage the overall process for the AP & AR team
  • Review day-to-day transactions/specific cost centre reveiws
  • Review bi-weekly payment runs
  • Analysis of monthly financials and other ad hoc reporting information
  • Interact with internal/external auditors
  • Interact with other departments to ensure mutual understanding of operations and developing relationships
  • Balance Sheet/Compliance reconciliations
  • Support team with intercompany reconciliations
  • VAT returns
  • Bi-Annual Stocktake - manage and prepare the necessary documents/reconciliations

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • a full accountancy qualification - ACA, CIMA or ACCA
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software.
