Are you passionate about the digital landscape and eager to make a significant impact in healthcare? Coloplast is seeking a dynamic Digital Lead Specialist to manage our digital pipeline and drive engagement with clinicians and healthcare professionals.

As a Digital Lead Specialist, you will play a crucial role in nurturing opportunities, educating healthcare professionals about our products and services and creating valuable meeting opportunities for our field sales team. Your efforts will directly contribute to our top-line revenue, database growth, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities -

Proactively manage the digital leads pipeline, converting leads into contacts and identifying training/product opportunities for our field sales team. Achieve monthly outbound call activity goals and meet KPI targets on schedule. Collaborate with Field Sales and Marketing teams to understand Coloplast's positioning and high-value growth opportunities. Serve as an internal escalation point for healthcare professionals seeking more information about Coloplast. Provide exceptional customer service, gathering core information to tailor Coloplast solutions. Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships. Administer sales and lead processes through our CRM, (SDFC), recording activities and managing lead flow.

Who are we looking for?

Experience in sales, telesales, sales support or account management roles. Proven ability to manage and nurture a lead pipeline. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes. A strong track record of meeting targets and identifying future opportunities. Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, for effective communication across all organisational levels and customer groups. Attention to detail and a strong desire to succeed within a highly ethical framework. Team player with the ability to build relationships with the wider leadership team and stakeholders. Continuous improvement mindset, curiosity, and proactivity.
