We are looking for;

· A Physical Education specialism / background to cover boys/girls PE and the successful candidate must also be prepared to cover all other subjects.

· An individual who can build positive relationships with students, which enthuse young people and motivate them to want to succeed.

· A flexible and adaptable team player to take responsibility for the supervision of classes during short term absences of teachers.

· Strong behaviour management skills to uphold and enforce the Academy's expectations for student conduct in all interactions.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with evidence you can remain calm, confident and engaging in unfamiliar surroundings.

· Relevant professional qualifications / experience and a commitment to working positively with young people.
