This leading manufacturer and supplier are continually growing in their industry and are now looking to expand their team and take on an Accounts Payable Assistant.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -
Processing up to 400 purchase invoices monthly.Bank & statement reconciliation.Dealing with invoice queries and finding solutions.Monthly payment runs.Setting up new suppliers and completing credit application forms.Processing and analysing credit card statements and expenses.Assisting with month / year end procedures.Maintaining the internal PO system.Supporting the finance team as and when needed.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and will ideally have used Sage 50 or a similar system. You will also need to have excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills. In return, you will receive a generous benefits package including bonus scheme, early finish on a Friday, free onsite parking and birthday leave.
