Required from 1st September 2024: Governors are seeking to appoint an inspiring Science Technician, who will enjoy being part of a collaborative and dedicated team that work with integrity together. The post is temporary to cover a maternity leave. You will join a large team of specialist staff, dedicated to excellent teaching and learning. The role will be focused on supporting the teaching of Science across all Key Stages. You will manage classroom resources, utilising an array of technical equipment and prepared materials.
The successful candidate will:
o Be willing to work hard, be kind and make a difference
o Be a team planer who is flexible in their approach
o Have the highest standards of expectations and aspirations and be keen to embrace the role in order to provide the best for our students
o Have GCSE Grades 4 or above in Maths, English and a science-related subject
o Be first aid trained, or willing to undergo training as part of a team of first-aid staff
o Be passionate about working at The Deanery
