We are looking for a contentious probate solicitor to join our client, who are looking to grow their contentious probate offering in South Wales. You will be based within the contentious probate team within the Swansea office.

The successful contentious probate solicitor will be a qualified solicitor with atleast a training seat in contentious probate/private client matters. If you have more experience, our client is open to receiving applications from solicitors from NQ through to partner level.

This contentious probate caseload will include will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes, equitable claims and disputes surrounding Court of Protection. You will be interested in taking part in business development and becoming an integral part of the growth of this team.
