As Reservations and Group Co-ordinator what you'll be doing
In this Reservations and Group Co-ordinator position you will be based at Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa working five days per week working on a rota basis with shifts from Monday to Sunday Be our 'go to' person on room, dining and spa bookings and reservations for Bishopstrow Ensure you are prepared to provide the very best of guest service with faultless hotel and spa knowledge and a keen sense of organisation Show excellent communication as you work closely with all hotel and spa teams and their managers to maximise the guest experience Work as part of our front of house team to provide a seamless reservations for both hotel and spa service across 7 days of the week Promote treatments and spa days, working with RevSpa to maximise revenue Take guidance from our General Managers and Senior Team on how we can maximise revenue through upselling, upgrading and sharing our latest offers Offer support to the hotel and spa teams with your working knowledge of hotel, restaurant and spa booking systems What happens next with your Reservations and Group Co-ordinator application?
