This role is based in Immingham, England. Candidates must live within 1 hour commute to be considered

Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose

Supervise NDT activities and resources in accordance with the company's procedures and work scope requirements. Review and evaluate progress, look for ways to improve works, reduce costs, and enhance safety.

Functions

Essential
  • Supervise daily NDT requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Work closely with Operations Manager for efficient implementation of new processes.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with procedures.
  • Record Health and Safety Statistics.
  • Ensure sufficient competent personnel are provided for work scopes.
  • Support audits as required by clients.
  • Complete client timesheets accurately.
  • Carry out tool box talks.
  • Maintain Equipment register for calibrated items.
Non-essential
  • Carry out HR Investigations.
  • Attend meetings for Operations Manager.
Qualifications

Required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in NDT.
  • Valid NDT Qualifications.
  • Good communication and IT skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desired
  • Previous Supervisory Role experience.
  • Driving license.
  • Mathematical proficiency.
