About Us & The Role

The Governors of St Nicholas C of E Primary School, Kenilworth are seeking to recruit an inspirational and dynamic SENDCO to lead inclusion across our two form entry primary school in pursuit of excellence, to support all of our children to flourish and be the best they can be.

We seek a passionate and enthusiastic educator, someone who resonates with our school's vision 'Aim high, be courageous, show love and kindness'.

and will consistently champion the Christian values that underpin life in school. This 0.6 post will focus on inclusion, and will involve some teaching.

This post is for September 2024, and will play a key role in determining the strategic development of the SEND policy and provision in the school, to raise achievement of children with SEND, taking day to day responsibility for the operation of the SEND and any related policies.

Please note the qualification requirements change from September 2024 for SENDCO roles.
