Salisbury, Wiltshire, United Kingdom Leaders in Care Full time

Hybrid working | Limited caseloads | Regular supervision | Approachable management

Are you currently open to exploring new opportunities in the South of England?

We are currently working with an Ofsted outstanding rated local authority based on the South Coast of England, for an experienced practitioner to join the child and family assessment team as a Social Worker. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join a council that really aims to provide a 'non pressure' environment for their social workers.

This is done through opportunities for flexible working, meaning you can plan your own diary and won't by limited to office working, allowing you to manage your time more effectively and give you a good work life balance. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing support to families in need.

Further benefits include a pay rate of £44/h, which is one of the highest in the area. You will also receive regular supervision, as the longstanding permanent management team are always on hand for as second opinion and to make sure you're continuing your development as a practitioner.

Working with us will also ensure stability in the role, as you can expect a secure 6 month contract from the get go, with the further option to extend should you wish. We will also be having weekly check ins to make sure you're happy at work and have the platform to do your best work.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.

To apply, simply email your CV to Alternatively, please call Chris on to discuss this opportunity in more detail. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
