The appointed Personal Injury Paralegal will join the EL/PL team in the firms' Personal Injury Department in Manchester. The firm do offer hybrid working arrangements after the initial settling period with 2 days working from home.

  • The appointed Solicitor will be expected to support more senior members of the team with a caseload of EL/PL cases, which includes drafting CNFs and client and witness statements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • You will be responsible for preparing instructions for medical experts and counsel, as well as drafting Schedules of Loss and various court documents to ensure thorough case presentation.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with EL/PL cases, although candidates with just Personal Injury experience will still be considered.
