The Firm:

  • Long established regional firm with central Manchester office
  • Growing team

The Role:

  • You will be a Conveyancing Team Manager managing a team of fee earners of all levels
  • Team caseload is varied and will involve sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold properties
  • Duties include people management, supervision, technical support, training, file reviews and recruitment

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge in the conveyancing process
  • A Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or a Residential Conveyancer will be considered
  • Ideally you will currently be managing a team or have previous management experience
