The role:

Forming part of the firm's wider Real Estate offering, this firm is looking to welcome a Rural Property Senior Associate 6+ years PQE with a demonstrable interest/track record in rural property and business matters, to be based in Bristol.

This position is perfect for a Rural Property specialist capable of handling the sale, purchase, leasing, and mortgaging of farms, estates, country houses, and other rural properties. You will also advise on a wide range of issues related to the ownership, occupation, and management of rural land and buildings.

You will be joining a pre-eminent team that is recognized nationwide, not just in the South West. The team acts for significant rural landowners such as The Crown Estate, charitable institutions, investors, lenders, and numerous private owners and occupiers.
