I am currently working with a client who are looking for a CNC Machinist .

They are looking for a CNC Machinist to create, prove out and control CNC Programming information supplied to machine components as per Client Drawings.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Time served;
  • CNC Trained;
  • Excellent process and product knowledge;
  • Health and Safety compliant;
  • Ability to develop improved Manufacturing methods;
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
  • Ability to work under pressure;

Job Summary

Main duties will be:

  • Preparing CNC Programmes;
  • Down load and run CNC programmes;
  • Set-up and run Components for production;
  • Manufacture Components as per Clients Drawings and Quality requirements;
  • Inspect parts as per Clients requirements;
  • Develop and improve Manufacturing processes;
  • Sign, Date Completed Route Card Operations and insert Set-up and Run times;
  • Assist Semi-Skilled Operators and Apprentices when required;
