We are looking to appoint inspirational unqualified teachers to cover our PPA lessons and provide cover as needed. The post will initially be a fixed term position from September 2024, but with the possibility of converting to a permanent contract. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to providing excellence for all children and possess a positive can-do attitude.

The Meadows Primary is a large primary school based in Northfield that benefits from also having a Resource Base for children with speech and language needs.

The Meadows is fortunate enough to have a team of dedicated leaders, teacher and support staff, and following our inspection in November, we are at the beginning of an exciting journey of school improvement. You will need to:

  • hold a relevant degree level qualification
  • have experience of working in an educational setting some of which involving direct teaching
  • be able to build good relationships with children, parents and staff
  • manage behaviour effectively and follow policies
  • be creative and highly motivated.
  • be organised and able to manage your time effectively
