Key Responsibilities:
Co-design, develop, and implement blended and online learning. Lead the creation of engaging digital learning content in collaboration with academic and technical staff. Provide expert advice and training on digital learning tools and platforms. Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards. Manage digital learning projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Engage in research and evaluation of digital learning practices.
About you
You are an experienced digital learning professional with a proven track record in developing and delivering online and blended learning solutions within an educational setting. You are adept at using Moodle and other learning management systems, and you possess strong project and people management skills.
Your expertise in online and blended learning, combined with your excellent communication and collaboration skills, will enable you to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. You are proactive, innovative, and committed to enhancing the student learning experience through the use of technology.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Extensive knowledge of digital learning pedagogies and production methodologies. Proficiency in using Moodle and other digital learning tools. Experience in curriculum or learning design. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience. Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) or similar accreditation.
