Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer with 3+ years experience to join our team. As a Structural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction of various structures. If you have 3+ years experience in structural engineering and are passionate about creating safe and efficient designs, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Conduct structural analysis and design calculations for various projects

Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success

Perform site visits to assess structural conditions and provide recommendations

Review and approve construction plans and documents

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with UK building codes and regulations

Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD

In-depth knowledge of structural system design principles

Excellent problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Location: Lampeter (SA48)
